As a Customer Service Associate in TrulyMadly Travels Private Limited, you will be primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their travel-related inquiries, bookings, and resolving any issues they may encounter before, during, or after their trips. Your role is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and promoting customer loyalty.

1. You are responsible to provide exceptional customer service
2. Assist with bookings and reservations
3. Handle customer inquiries, modifications and cancellations
4. Provide travel information and assistance
5. Resolve issues, conflicts and disputes
6. Collaborate with vendor partners, customers, team members and management

1. Bachelor's degree preferred
2. 0-5 years experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English, Hindi, and Telugu)
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
5. Passion for travel and a genuine desire to assist customers in creating memorable travel experiences
6. Working experience with MS Office Suite of applications
