Introduction

Thank you for choosing TrulyMadly Travels Private Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our travel services, which include booking trips, customizing itineraries, arranging flights, securing hotel accommodations, providing visa assistance, and other related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


This Agreement outlines what you can expect from us and details your obligations as a customer. It is important to understand these terms as they affect your legal rights and responsibilities. The terms “TMT”, "we," "our," and "us" refer to TrulyMadly Travels Private Limited, while "you" refers to the customer using our website or booking services through market channels listed in our Privacy Policy. By asking us to confirm your booking you are accepting the terms and conditions laid out below and acknowledging that you have read the terms of this agreement and agree to it. Please ensure you review these terms thoroughly. 

Our Services

  • Trip Booking: We facilitate the booking of travel arrangements, which include flights, accommodations, and car rentals.
  • Custom Travel Planning: We design personalized travel itineraries based on your preferences and requirements.
  • Flight Reservations: We handle the reservation of both domestic and international flights on your behalf.
  • Hotel Booking: We arrange for hotel stays according to your specific criteria and needs.
  • Visa Assistance: We provide support in the visa application process, including preparation and submission of required documents.
  • Additional Services: This may encompass travel insurance, tour packages, and local excursions.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during booking or when requesting services are accurate and complete. Any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you are not our responsibility.
  • Compliance with Legal Requirements: You are responsible for meeting all legal and entry requirements for your travel destination, including obtaining necessary visas and vaccinations, especially if these services are not facilitated by us.
  • Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements: Each traveler must ensure that their passport, visa, and health documentation meet the requirements for their trip. For travelers departing from India, a passport with at least six months' validity is recommended, and an Indian re-entry visa is required for those on a foreign passport. It is also essential to consult with your primary care physician regarding any necessary vaccinations. We can assist with obtaining these documents but are not liable for compliance.
  • Documentation Review: Upon receipt of your confirmation invoice, tickets, and other documentation, carefully review all details. Notify us immediately if you find any discrepancies, as changes may not be possible later. You will be responsible for any costs associated with correcting inaccuracies, except where the error is attributable to us.
  • Travel Participation and Risks: It is your responsibility to check in on time for all flights and to participate in all pre-booked travel components. We do not offer refunds or credits for missed travel components or lost documents. Be aware of inherent travel risks, which you accept at your own risk. We are available to discuss these risks and provide advice if needed.
  • Payment Responsibilities: You are responsible for paying all applicable fees for the services provided, as detailed in the payment terms below or as otherwise communicated to you.

Fares and Prices

All fares and prices provided to customers are subject to availability at the time of booking and may change until full payment is received and tickets or confirmations are issued. Prices are quoted per person or group unless specified otherwise by TMT and are not guaranteed until the booking is finalized.

  • Quotation Validity: Price quotes are provided based on current availability and are valid for a limited period as mentioned in the said quotation. Quotes are subject to change due to fluctuations in service provider rates, availability, or additional delays. The final price will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of tickets or confirmations.
  • Third-Party provider changes: Airlines and other third-party providers of travel  services may modify their fares, prices, packages, flights, and other relevant information at any time. Consequently, prices and availability displayed on our website or provided in quotes are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Rate change responsibility: We are not responsible for any price adjustments made by third-party service providers after a quote has been given but before payment has been completed. The final price of services will be confirmed only upon payment and booking confirmation.
  • Information accuracy: While we aim to provide accurate and current information, we cannot guarantee that all details on our website or in quotes are error-free or up-to-date. Prices and availability are subject to change based on updates from service providers.


By using our services, you acknowledge that fare quotes and prices are subject to change and agree that confirmation of rates and availability will only be provided upon final booking and payment.

Payment Terms and Conditions

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other online payment methods.
  • Payment Timing: Full payment is generally required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. For customized travel itineraries, a deposit of up to 75% may be required, with the remaining balance due as indicated in the specific quotation.
  • Currency: Payments must be made in Indian Rupees only unless otherwise specified. Any additional fees related to currency conversion will be your responsibility.
  • Late Payments: If payments are not made on time, your bookings may be canceled, and applicable penalties may apply.

Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Some services or bookings may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • Requesting Refunds: Refund requests should be submitted in writing within 14 days from the date of the issue or cancellation. Refunds will be processed based on the type of service and circumstances of the request.
  • Processing Fees: Refunds may be subject to processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued for services with clearly stated non-refundable conditions or if you have not complied with the terms and conditions.

Cancellation by you

  • Flights and Hotels: Cancellations must adhere to the terms and conditions of the airline, hotel or related service provider. Cancellation fees imposed by the service provider may apply.
  • Customized Trips: Cancelling custom itineraries post booking may incur charges depending on the planning stage and non-refundable expenses incurred.
  • Visa Processing: Cancellations made after visa application submission may incur fees related to visa processing and any additional consular charges.

Our Responsibilities

  • Service Provision: We are committed to providing travel services as described on our website and in our quotations. This includes organizing and arranging travel packages, accommodations, and related services in accordance with the information provided at the time of booking.
  • Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to ensure that the information provided on our website, including details about destinations, accommodations, and travel itineraries, is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information and are not liable for any errors or omissions.
  • Booking and Confirmation: We will confirm your bookings and provide you with all necessary documentation, including travel vouchers and itineraries, as applicable. 
  • Third-Party Services: Our travel services may involve third-party suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We act as an intermediary in booking these services and are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties. 
  • Customer Support: We offer support to assist you with inquiries, changes, or issues related to your travel arrangements. Our customer service team is available during our business hours to address any concerns you may have.

Limitation of Liability

TMT is dedicated to delivering high-quality services. However, our liability is subject to the following limitations:

  • General Liability: We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, including disruptions in travel plans, accommodation issues, or visa denials. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific services provided and service component only.
  • Third-Party Providers: We do not accept responsibility for the actions, omissions, or defaults of third-party service providers, such as airlines, car rental companies, ferry operators, hotels, or tour operators. Any issues arising from these third parties must be resolved directly with them.
  • Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or cancel itineraries and bookings as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements. Such changes may occur without prior notice, and we will not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or additional expenses.
  • Risk Acceptance: Adventure travel and other travel activities inherently involve risks. By participating, you accept these risks and understand that part of the appeal of travel is the adventure and uncertainty it involves. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from these activities.
  • Exclusions from Liability: We are not liable for any damage, loss, or expense that:
    • Was not foreseeable based on the information provided by you prior to booking or was a result of a breach of agreement, or
    • Did not result from a fault by us or our employees, or our suppliers.
  • Business Losses: We do not accept liability for any losses related to business activities or any consequential or indirect damages.
  • Insurance: Unless otherwise stated, we typically include international travel insurance with our international tour packages. Our role is limited to purchasing the insurance policy on your behalf. Any claims or direct communications with the insurance provider regarding emergencies or medical assistance must be handled by you. Please note that domestic travel insurance is not included in our travel arrangements unless specified. It is your responsibility to secure health or domestic travel insurance before your trip.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect from the date they are posted on our website or otherwise communicated to you.

Governing Laws

The Terms and Conditions, along with any other policies or agreements referenced herein, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by TrulyMadly Travels Private Limited shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
